All returns are FREE OF CHARGE* regardless of the reason for return.  Our returns process provides you with a returns label which is used to return your unwanted items to us. 

*Please note we are unable to process returns or exchanges to these countries: Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore or UAE.  This is because there is no way to recover the tax & duties paid on these goods once they have been imported.
