Instant Shape Size Chart

Our sizing chart below is to be used with your body measurements. "Instant Shape" corsets are rated to a 2" Waist Reduction and are to be worn with at least a 2" gap at the back. This is already factored in to our size chart. Simply select the Corset Size that corresponds with Your Natural Waist Measurement.  

Corsets are fully adjustable at the back. You can "Open" or "Close" the lacing at the Bust, Waist & Hip independently for the perfect fit. Our patterns have been developed and tested to fit a variety of body shapes using these adjustments.

The majority of the tension running through a corset is focused on the waist. This makes the waist the critical measurement when sizing your corset. The hip and bust can be "Opened" or "Closed" to fit provided the waist is accurate.

Brand new edition to our Steampunk Waist Taming range which is steel boned and can reduce the waist up to 4 inches. This is a longline underbust with hip gores for a sensational shape. The front panels are black with a champagne colour slanted pocket, burgundy binding and pinstripe stitched detail. There is pretty lace with black ribbon woven through at the top and bottom edge which really adds to the historical feel of this design. The main body is in a beautiful rich burgundy matt satin which will turn heads.

This purple one is much more beautiful than the pictures displayed on the website! I love it! The material, design and the patterns on the brocade look super luxurious. And it goes very well with all my dresses. It is super cosy to wear every day and I can still sit comfortably in front of my computer to work. I am 5’7 with a 26’’ corseted waist. I hope this helps.

Despite the fact that I am quite short (under 5'2'') this longline underbust corset fit really well. The cord string for tightening feels very sturdy and doesn't slip when you're trying to do it up like some of the ribbon style ones. The quality feels really nice, lovely deep burgandy colour. The 'pockets' are an odd choice, for the size I bought (22'') I would struggle to get anything in or out of them, so they are merely decorative, but they look nice. Very comfortable to wear, possibly the most comfortable corset I've got.
