Instant Shape Size Chart

Our sizing chart below is to be used with your body measurements. "Instant Shape" corsets are rated to a 2" Waist Reduction and are to be worn with at least a 2" gap at the back. This is already factored in to our size chart. Simply select the Corset Size that corresponds with Your Natural Waist Measurement.  

Corsets are fully adjustable at the back. You can "Open" or "Close" the lacing at the Bust, Waist & Hip independently for the perfect fit. Our patterns have been developed and tested to fit a variety of body shapes using these adjustments.

The majority of the tension running through a corset is focused on the waist. This makes the waist the critical measurement when sizing your corset. The hip and bust can be "Opened" or "Closed" to fit provided the waist is accurate.

I am delighted with this under-bust corset! It has allowed me to achieve the exact silhouette that I have wanted. I have always had a disproportionate figure, being that I have a large bust, but narrow hips. As a result, my hip-to-waist ratio is naturally small - in other words, I have always kinda looked like a sausage! This corset is amazing because it has given me a generous hip-to-waist ratio, and has created the illusion that I actually have nicely curved hips (I believe that this is partly thanks to the hip gores that are inserted into this design). I love the material - its really sturdy, and there is no way it will ever go flimsy. It is very comfortable, and another bonus is that my posture is straighter when in it. The length is great, ensuring that sitting is comfortable and without anything digging in. I also like the way way it is laced - it enables you to lace the top and bottom sections independently of each other, giving you greater control, depending on your particular shape, which is really helpful. In summary - I love it!!!
